This Orangutan bust portrays the great ape as a calm, impressive animal portrait. A broad muzzle, closely set eyes and finely sculpted nostrils give the face its thoughtful expression. Long flowing hair strands frame the forehead, temples and cheeks before merging into the textured fur of the neck and shoulders. The frontal view emphasizes the face and symmetrical hair sections, while the side angles reveal the powerful profile, small ears and broad shoulder area extending towards the back.
