This Lion bust portrays the king of animals with a calm, confident expression. A broad nose bridge, strong muzzle and slightly lowered eyes give the face a composed presence. Around the head, the distinctive mane unfolds in long flowing strands that continue from the forehead to beneath the chin. Fur sections of varying depth create a lively relief and frame the balanced head shape. The frontal view emphasises the majestic stance, while the side angles reveal the layered structure of the mane. A broad flat finish allows stable freestanding display.
