FARBEN & VEREDELUNG

This Donkey bust captures the animal’s calm, attentive expression in a distinctive sculpted form. Long upright ears create a clear silhouette, while slightly side-facing eyes and an elongated muzzle give the portrait its unmistakable character. Fine folds and fur contours run across the forehead, cheeks and bridge of the nose. A short modelled mane adds another accent above the forehead and continues the lines of the face. The different views reveal both the balanced front and the sculpted detail of the ears, jaw and neck. A broad flat finish allows stable freestanding display on a shelf, sideboard or desk.
